Agreed but not expected.. think of the volume of customers that call them daily and the stock they have to memorize. I never heard about kyle till today, but I think what makes kyle stand out is he is planing on having this job (or a job like it) for a while, thus going out of his way to call the company and find out personally (whether it be you stuff, or his).
Even then when you rely on a middle man the information can get mixed up, or new Q's arrive you need answered. Still the best bet to call the manufacture first, then double up with the sales rep.
I pretty much do the same job, and I don't expect anyone to memorize all these product lines, but in the same instance that it should've thrown a red flag in the customers mind, it should've in the salespersos as well.



when I got off….BUT wait it gets better….UPS came to get the part, and my wife gave them the wrong part. UGH!!!
I called 4WP and again they were great. Told me not to worry they would ship it back when they got it and to just return the other part for my refund.
What more can I ask for from a company? I cannot wait to order something else from them.
And I must say they will be my first stop when looking for parts.
