Ahh I see now. At 850 it would cost more for me to buy yours and change to 4.88 + ARB locker than just order a loaded one. It‘s not a bad deal you have just not ideal for me.

No big deal. I’m just fishing for a buyer. I don’t wanna tear it apart, but I might could be persuaded. What would you offer me for just the housing?

The way the few gift cards have come from Christmas, I’m kind of stuck with purchasing a loaded diff from one of the big retailers. Greatfull for the gift cards, it just pins you in a corner a little bit when it’s the only thing you need from that place.

A dry fit makes me think I’ve got some clearancing to do on the housing to get this thing to fit. The bearing caps and ring gear are larger on this diff versus the 4cyl diff. Anyone have experience with that?

Took a few hours today to find the right combination of shims to achieve 15lbs preload. .0320” was the shim stack that made it happen.

Done. Need recommendations on a fabricator who can do the swap and has experience with it.

If you are a competent welder it’s pretty straight forward. Can do it easily in a weekend.

Full lock in progress. Ckma12 was not going to fit without some crazy wizardry so I used the smaller cksa12 compressor. No worries, I can just use my portable compressor for filling tires.

Got lots more down travel, about 1.5” more up travel.
