it was done by 505 Performance and featured in Jp mag. here is the write up. turbo Jeep. the motor has been installed and tested but with the mag completion to actual completion laaaaag ratio, the final write up wont be done till later.

I was going to say, either those # are wrong or thats not a 4.0 because no turbo will triple the power output of a 4.0. According to the article, its a 5.0L I-6 + the turbo.

Its not an opinion moron. 4.0 refers to the displacement of the engine. Since its stroked and bored, the displacement is now 5.0L. Calling it a 4.0 still simply shows your ignorance and stupidity. Take off your skirt and just admit you are wrong.

I don't have a 4.0L in my jeep anymore (hint: look at my username). Hmmm..wonder who has more knowledge about the subject? Person with stroker, or person who only read about stroker in magazine?

Its not that I don't know how, its just how I view it. so chill out.

if you say it's got a 5.0 then people will assume it's got a SBF swap
saying it's a 4.0 is fine, since thats what it's based off of.

I'd really rather not get into this again but if you just call it a 4.0 people would assume its a stock engine. S&B'd 4.0 or 5.0L stroker are more appropriate.
