And so it begins....

Good luck with this engine! Of course if it ends up all over the ground like the last one, it will be easy to find those pretty springs and rocker arms!

Steering in progress

Yes that's where it used to be but the only thing that works back there is a single ended ram. With a SER you have to run a tie rod knuckle to knuckle. Front tire impacts try to force the rod to bend which is exactly what happened in the first race. Don't get me wrong rear steer has its place but it isn't in rock racing.

Unfortunately in snappy's case his axle bumps so high that the ram has to mount low. Making it hard to protect. I'll figure something out.

Snappy, you must be a better driver than me! Or Chris is going to build a hell of a bumper for that thing.

So i got what i have been told by 3 different people in the know one these motors to be a 325 hp ready for its new home. After an install and some dyno time it will be game on...

I say that because this thing has some killer parts on it, they weren't cheap by any means but they're well worth it.....I promise. Its going to be like driving a whole new vehicle. With the rear now linked and having high quality coilovers with the right valving in them and the right sway bar to keep it under control its going to take whatever you through at it 100x better than the leaf spring setup. Once Chris can rebuild some areas over the winter to get all the travel out of it I think it will be a top contender.
Its come a long way but its heading in the right direction, thanks for coming to me for the suspension parts.
