Notice the fog lights turned on and not the headlights....you have to actually do that. The fog lights don't automatically come on with the parking lights. I see people driving like that in the middle of the night...I know they can't see worth a damn!

I drive in the early evening like that or late morning when headlights aren't needed but I still want to be visible to the assholes driving around Charlotte texting and not even remotely close to paying attention.

Nope ..... not true. Had my wife's tail lights done on her Liberty. No where near that dark. Got me a big ole ticket. Dropped when I proved I had removed it. It's all about what LEO sees it and their mood for the day. Same crap happens in NC....

That there is some dumbassery for sure. Unfortunately if you hit him you'd probably still be at fault. Or both would get a ticket....
