"Bob Ross" My TJ juggy build

Any other sheet metal or tube going on the rear? I dig the tail light panels but incorporating a whole sheet like a tailgate (fixed) would offer some intrusion protection.

Yes for the side but nothing else for the rear the rear of the jeep.

Quick update. I went to GER a couple of weeks ago with my club and hit some really good trails. Jeep did excellent until I lost an inner bead half way through cripple creek trail. And then at about lunch on Saturday I decided to drop into the squeeze. Well, I got hung up in there after moving a 40" ish diameter rock out from under a ledge and replaced it with my drivers side trep. After a couple of attempts to get the tire out of the undercut I thought it would be a good idea to try a little harder clutch dump to see if I could hop it over. Well.... That failed. Broke the ujoint at the inner shaft. And while trying to recover it out of that cluster, I grenaded the ears off of both stock inner and outer shafts. So, after getting it home I went ahead and ordered new yukon shafts with superjoints. Now the fuse has been moved somewhere else. I'm guessing either the spartan locker or front output on the t-case will be the next to go.

I missed it somewhere, but 99-04 SD axle? The treps can be a blessing and a curse when it comes to gripping the rocks.
92-97 F350 housing with Dodge knuckles/hubs/brakes
Correct. Got the housing for cheap and it came with the dodge outers for free so I did some research and found out I could put the two together and have a decently reliable d60 I could put in my Jeep. During the last build up Chris talked me into getting some Busted Knuckle ball joint eliminators because my one year old ball joints were already shot. Hopefully they will last longer than that. And the dodge 33 spline outers are pretty strong. Especially in chromoly.
