looks like there is room to move it over closer to the grill slots...Or section the whole thing and remove one of the slots, guess that would mean a ton more work though.
 
The hood is at paint right now so narrowing the grill is out of the question. I just need a good body guy to mod the grill and Ill be good.

When do ya'lls think it'll be ready? I mean, so far I am overly impressed with the timeliness and quality of the work done here.

Your shop looks to be about 300x better work than any shop my truck has been in!
 
Did you dimple the hood around the vents any? The first AEV hood I did by hand and still had a nice little dimple I had to fix....Looks bad ass
 
The shop is actually pretty clear right now. We have another JK coming up that is similar but not til December that we're looking forward to. We are currently held up on the front suspension due to the sway bar that we are running. The arms have to be custom made for us and the tubes shortened for us. The ram has been sent back to Howe for some adjustments and we sent the springs back for some heavier ones. I really don't know what rates we're going to end up with but they're heavier than I originally thought. We've been finishing up the interior and touching up some cage stuff such as speakers, paint, switches and wiring......pretty much all the lame bs stuff that goes with the job. Ill post some up once the interior is finalized and cleaned up. Thanks for the compliments!

Alex - nice to see that thing the other day at the shop - thx for the time...now I gotta make some decisions on how to spend mroe $$$...hahah
 
We have been held up on the front sway bar for about a month. Due to clearance issues with the steering, coilovers and air bumps we have not finished the front suspension until we have all the components. Lots has been done, I just haven't updated the thread, Ill see if I can throw some new pictures up next week.

Got the corners knocked out...ended up welding them on with some modification (lots of blood sweat and tears on Alex's part). Then a little grinding, priming and painting and they turned out awesome!...paint used was good ole Dupicolor Truck bed liner. I'll probably mount the tail lights next week while Alex is continuing the front end now that we have the front sway bar.
