bottom line, the way this all started, and the way he has responded. I don't see anyone on here that would WANT

He wheels all the time, but didn't know that Tellico has been closed for a couple of years.

this person has done exactly what he set out to do and has drawn in a bunch of folks into his shinanigans. I,at the beginning,felt kind of sorry for him and was wondering why folks were riding him so bad for his choice of axle and tire size for his rig.Compensating for something being a little undersized sure but hey it's his rig and he should build it as he likes. I have a d35 in my wrangler and I periodically wheel it.Even when I changed axles to lower my gears from 3.08 to 3.73,I kept with what came from the factory stock.I did upgrade to discs on the rear tho since it was out on a table and I had the parts.Very much improved my braking performance. I've never busted a shaft,front or rear.I do carry extra shafts incase I do and know how to do my own work by myself if need be.Another advantage to discs on the rear of a 35 is if you bust the shaft,you can limp a short distance to get out the way for repair without the shaft and wheel walking out . Now as I read his posts and he started thumpin his chest about how great a driver and mech. he was, My question to him about the brakes and his responce back answered all I needed to know. Feel sorry for him for folks picking on him for his axle choices I will not anymore. He also made the remark for me to learn how to drive. MoFo,you don't know me nor know what I drive, or what my style of driving is. You say you like crawling your shit over obstacles because of the size of your tires. Takes a little common sense to be able to negotiate a true trail and work thru obstacles or tough spots instead of pointing and shooting. I like to drive slow myself and enjoy the great outdoors yet I have to think where my rig goes and plan 3 obstacles ahead.And no,my wrangler on 31s isn't my trail rig either.My trail rig is 63 years old and stock.Wouldn't have it any other way.Thump your chest to the 16 year old punks at the mall that worship your awsomeness.We who actually wheel our stuff the way we want see through your smoke and mirrors and are not impressed.I honestly don't believe you have been anywhere of any importance or done anything with your rigs other than a gravel road once in a while.You know nothing of Callalente or Tellico and living in Boone,you would if you did anything outside of the mall.This thread should be lost to eternity and this person should be banned from this site.
