When it got super cold last winter many called me with frozen pipes
I told several people to turn on the cold water and put some space heaters under the house
along with making sure the crawlvents were closed. I had 3 people in one day call me back
and tell me that they no longer needed me because it worked and the problem was fixed.
The only issue I have is that I am still waiting for the referrals they promised me lol
I am building a company that people will use for years and years and for all their properties
I am not trying to charge as much as I can and never see you again.
I want to be the guy you call for everything in the future.
I have more jobs with existing clients than first timers.
