Cl find of the day

So they import them into Bahamas then bring them in the us?
One of my employees imports Land Rovers from Colombia...he is originally from there and has connections. But he restores them down there and then imports and profits.

Its funny...a full body work and paint job costs him ~$2k.
Now it is sprayed outside and if you get close you will see some imperfections...but you could buy the paint for $2k here.

Would y'all trust a 6.2l gasser with 262k miles?

From what I have read that motor has quite a reliable reputation. However I never dug too deep after I decided to get the 7.3. Maybe someone on here has first hand experience with it.

We have had several in the fleet. Still do. Our standard retirement age is 200k for all service truck though.
Overall the motor has proven reliable albeit a gas hog for us.

There was never a point where that vehicle was worth $40k and it’s certainly not now.

da Googlez suggests that thing would have sold for about $14.5k. Which as Shawn will remind us since inflation is a bitch, is slightly more than $40k current 2024 doll hairs.

So it was worth it to... somebody.
Not me though
