FYI this is only in Chrome.
For those of us that don't have/aren't allowed/don't trust Chrome, you have to instead do it the multi-step way of saving the pic, then doing a GIS for it.

It's been a long while since I've done a image search, but I'm pretty sure you can also do it by pasting the image URL to a field on the image search page.

Used to be in to internationals pretty heave 10 years ago...I read that post as 'bought on eBay, was going to restore but...didn't realize how fawkin expensive it would be or how tough it would be to find good parts'.

If you've ever been around that was really in to IH they will have 4/5 of the same thing sitting round.It takes that many to find enuf good parts to put one together.
