Anybody got anything this season? I crawled 200 yards to within 40 yards of a 10 point in Charlotte and took him with a muzzleloader. 18 inch inside spread, 190 lbs, bases were 5 inches, at Mac and Sams Farm on saturday. It was the biggest deer I have seen or taken. i will try and get a link to a pic.

LIER....just kidding, that was a nice deer bro, congrats. sure wish i had time to come down and get me one, oh well, this real world thing sucks......but it sure pays good,:fuck-you: haha. hey just a tip, you are supposed to let the dear come to you not chase his ass down like rambo :uzi:
later bro

if i could have got in my stand before all the deer came out i might not have had to crawl. i crawled at a bigger buck first for a hundred yards and when he went into the woods i turned around and crawled back 200 yards to that one. it was intense. real world is for faggs, who needs real money, blah blah blah

I just about got a 6 point on Hwy 751 this morning..

none yet, but with building the house and getting the property ready to move in no hunting this year... but the neighbor has gotten 2 does... 1 7 point... 1 10 point. the other nieghbor has gotten 1 doe and 1 8 point... all within walking distance from my house...

My wife has killed two with the car. The last one tried to jump the car and hit the windshield at 45mph. Did $3k worth of damage. She was fortunate. As for me and my son, I hope to change the tally this weekend.

Yeah I had a deer hunter right behind my house. But he was a tard b/c it was after sunset. I hope the GW comes takes his truck guns and cloths and makes in walk home naked

NICE BUCK!

I have killed a few this year.
Best 2 were a 6 point that weighed 185 but only had an 11" spread.
And a young 7 that would have been a HOSS next year...

Not sure about NC but in SC you get 1 hour after official sunset, and 30 minutes before official sunrise...

Which by the way, the actual sunrise/sunset time often surpris folks as it can vary pretty greatly with light conditions these times often surprise folks

This is why I love Leupold scopes, gathers an insane amount of light. A good scope is worth every penny spent.

Agree 100% I have a Leupold VariX-III and it has literally delivered 3 or 4 deer for me.
My old man bought a Zeiss (sic?) and it is to a leupold what a leopold is to a tasco...

But then again, when you spend the money it BETTR be..

well it was well after dark I think it was around 6:30 so that would have been an hour and a half after offical sunset.

well saturday moring i got a spike at a hundred yards that i thought was a doe down in South Carolina and then saturday afternoon i went back to Macs farm in Charlotte and killed a 7 point 175lbs. after killing deer in SC my whole life, seeing these deer weighing over 160 lbs. they look like cows to me. anyhow. now its doe time. with the last three deer i have killed they have all been bucks and weighed a total of 465lbs. those deer in charlotte are crazy big for what i have seen

Most people would be amazed at what is killed inside the I-485 loop....:D

futbalfantic....is it a guy in a silver/grey tacoma? it it is...hes hunting on my gfs land...he parks downt there by the river/creek.....every time i go by i lay on the horn like theres no tomorrow....:)

Zack

i've seen beds and scrapes but no deer. they also have a pretty good beat down trail they take to my corn pile. but i think they're coming when im sleeping

Where is a guy to hunt around here? I and a couple co-workers have been looking for land since summer and have had no luck. Either you pay high lease rates or you fight over the land with 100 others. I got a few tags to fill and an empty freezer. Anyone help me out?

So far this is the first deer season in 11 years where I didn't hunt and it's not feeling good.

Deer Pics

Got an 8 point 175lb deer this afternoon. First of the season. Got him on my land in Lancaster, SC.
