Carmax Down on Independence Blvd Charlotte

Bought a 2005 Ram 1500 brand new. 8 months later realized I hated it. Knew I’d get raped trading it in so had plans to try and sell myself. Simply went to Carmax pretending to want to sell to see what they thought it was worth. KBB etc didn’t have 2005s listed yet

After a long wait I was asked to come to an office to discuss. Walked in and it seemed almost every employee was in there. Head guy starts yelling at me about all the damage to the truck and how much of a lowlife I was trying to sell it to them. Kept referring to their policy of never buying or selling core damage vehicles. I started laughing assuming they had my truck mistaken for another. I was wrong and they didn’t appreciate my laughing. I honestly think head guy was about to hit me he was so mad. I kept telling them I bought it new and it’s never been wrecked. They walked me to the shop and showed me evidence where it had been in a serious passenger side impact. I was shocked. At that point head guy says to get in my truck and never come back. They had all my info and would spread the word to other local Carmax locations.

Called the dealer in Winston Salem where I bought it. They had it brought in from a VA dealer where a salesman wrecked it a month earlier. They fixed it in their body shop. Learned a lesson that day about what constitutes salvage and ways a dealer can get around that on a new never titled vehicle. Winston dealer felt bad and took care of me and said they’d have it out with the VA dealer.

Fast forward to 2010 and a buddy wanted to look at a car at Carmax on Independence. I took him and causally asked someone about my so called ban. Sure as shit she looked me up and it was still in the system to never do business with me. I told her what I found out afterwards and she just said “you all say that”.
 
That's pretty nuts. I would have had the Winston dealer send a letter to carfax explaining what the deal was. I wouldn't be able to stand knowing a whole organization believed me to be a crook.
 
Not banned,but banned myself. I and a group of a dozen or so friends and my late bro-in law were kicked out of the strip club that is now called the mens club on yonkers rd. It was my bros bachelor party,w a dd driving a big van and us drinking before and on the way to the club. We payed like $150 for the bachelor treatment where they take him on stage and mess w him. While waiting for that we were having fun and many table dances for him. One uppity chick dancing for him chastised him for touching her ass as she shook it in his face, he did't slap or squeeze it, he just touched her. He was pretty drunk and when he touched her again she stormed off. Mins. later an employee told us bro had to leave. I told him it was his b party and we were all gonna have to leave If he was kicked out. AND we had only been there about an hour and had plenty of money left to spend. Guy said he had to go and I said OK just give us back the $$$ we payed for the special that had not happened yet. 5 min.s later 2 bouncers walked up and told us to leave, I said as soon as you give us back the money we paid. They claimed nobody knew where the money was . We all agreed we were'nt leaving w/o it and told them so. Then we had a standoff, 2 bouncers vs a dozen half drunk, mad rednecks. A manager walked up and said he would call the police if we did not leave. I said do it, cause ya'll are trying to rob us, we paid for the BP special and had not received it. Now we were taunting/teasing/bowing up @ the bouncers and generally causing a big scene in the bar as the manager stormed off. It was about to get real when they finally gave us back the money and we left telling the manager none of us would ever come back here again. We left and went to the Foxy Lady where we had a fantastic time w lot's of great girls who were all over my Bro/law and actually touched him/grinded/boobs in his face etc. and let him touch them. He was young and pretty good looking and some of the girls were smitten with him. If he wasn'nt so wasted I'm sure he would have been "molested" by a few of them in the back room or the parking lot. They tried to drag him away a few times. I can't remember having so much fun at any bar like that night and my ribs hurt the next day from all the laughing at my bro laws silly antics and statements he made throughout the night....good times. It's sad the Foxy Lady is closed now, I and friends had a lot of fun there over the years.

self-service car wash at corner of Cone/Battleground in Greensboro. Washing powerline mud off the CJ, old man comes roaring in, parks behind the bay I'm in, starts ranting about kids leaving muddy messes behind and I need to GTFO an never come back.
 
I got my son and I banned from my son's dr's office. Was irritated about how I kept having to repeat myself why we were there for a visit. Asked the Dr. when she came in why I had to keep repeating myself. I guess she didn't like that because later I received a letter in the mail saying that we were not allowed back at any office that was owned by that company ( which is pretty much all the dr offices in the area ). She must be very sensitive because I didn't feel and had done anything wrong at all. Did't even raise my voice. Totally surprised by this. I was able to get him moved from the county pediatric office to the city office next door.

Ha, I had almost the same issue down here at urgent Care, except they kept asking my name what i was there for... after the first person asked, I said "well, what's your name?" I got tied of not knowing who they were.

same here, Bruce was a dick. I was a local guy in wilmington spending close to 10k each time I went in there, didn't matter and he would straight LIE. I bribed some of the guys to call me when stuff came in, and it would already be "sold" before it was even taken off the truck. I was standing there as a fresh load of trucks came in and I tried to buy all the tops and doors and pay before they were even removed. Wouldn't let me told me to come back after lunch when they were removed then I could buy them. Came back an hour later, only one hmmwv had been stripped and yet magically ALL The stuff was already "sold". I told him straight to his face that he was a lying sack of shit, then called the owners of the company and gave them an earful telling them how shitty he was running it and snubbing out the local small business in favor of selling to an out of state guy.

So @Dirt Mcgert another friend of ours and I were in Clover to pick up an axle i believe. We had been drinking and im pretty sure we were all underage at the time. We head into the McDonalds to eat. While in line Dirt notices the girl in the drive thru working is blind or deaf or some shit. Deaf she was deaf cause Dirt was trying to get her to hand him a water cup. Clear lee she couldnt hear him and so the manager said some thing to Dirt about her being deaf. He then questioned how she works the drive thru being deaf. Another patron in line seems to think Dirt is making fun of her so she calls her husband. I think. He comes in with a mullet straight clover trash. The other friend we were with white knights Dirt and starts talking shit to the guy and proceeds to yell "ROCK THE FUCKING MULLET". By this time the police have been called. When they arrive we are pulled aside in the playplace area. The cop tells us to leave Clover and never come back. Thats kinda the short version.
