I think I'll try and make it on Saturday to the Toyota store depends I might start cleaning the underside of my Jeep in preparation of my up coming engine swap after being hydo-locked 3 times, ran with a K&N filter on the trails(mud always in my throttle body) and 210000 hard miles it has finally and slowly died.

thats cool if u can make it. i think RHT was going to pay for food as well...but we'll see what happens when it happens. that way we can get insight from the jeep club and what all yall do. this guy at RHT is new to setting this type of thing up. i'm not sure how much pull we're gonna get to have them pay for things and giveaways

Ok, Cool......She said this guy had a beard and a crew cut.

Anyway, I get a call from a friend of mine (who works at Crown and was also on a test drive), saying "You better slow that thing down!" I told him I was at work.

I talked to my wife and she said she was sitting at the dealership.

My buddy said he has NEVER seen a test drive like that.

Must have been someone else. Its been a while back though (summer time).

I have a go tee and my hair is usually short. If I just did a fuel system service or a combustion chamber cleaning then yes right off the lot it would be driven hard to finish the cleaning process but once the smoke stops then back to normal.

Has the Jeep been re-aligned yet I remember talking to her about it awhile ago.

anyone and everyone that wants to come out. as of right now there's one jeep. i think we might be trying to hook up w/ the jeep club in fayetteville and have a mass meet. hendrick jeep has a club called the carolina jeepsters that meets twice a year, but no get togethers in between. we'll prolly be having get togethers once a month to BS and all. and 2-3 meets a year, plus shows
 
sounds good... you can add one more jeep to the equation. i will prob. try to make it to this one what time will yall be gathering at rht.

The Carolina Jeepsters is separate from the Hendrick Jeep club. The Carolina Jeepsters is a Yahoo club and is open to all makes. Hendrick Jeep club is Jeeps only since is was formed as a form of customer appreciation.

u talking the jeep club or the non-descript club? really, there's no need to drive all the way from wilmington to fayetteville for our meeting. all we're gonna do is talk shop. no wheeling or anything.
 
u know i just wanted to meet some other wheelers, i thought you all were having a area meet and greet... not a fayettnam convention...down here we like anyone to come to ours but you all have fun...:flipoff2:

wtf is that about? all i said that there was nothing really going on. i didnt want u coming expecting something more than what was actually going to happen. didnt want someone getting the stink pickle after they arrived....didnt think someone would get it before they came

thats it man. sounds good. just grouping members, getting things hammered out, and planning stuff at this point. some ppl did hook up and go wheeling after the meet last time though, on bragg

well i know what a meet and greet is...i can read and understand whats going on... i just wanted an address...i never said i wanted to go wheelin...you sounded like you didn't want me to come up due to not being in the area...

OMG!!!!!!! Please come and hang with us if you like, you know that some stuff sounds worse than it is in print, vs conversation, there's no emotion in print, so from what I read there was nothing implied in regards to not wanting you to come, but depending on what mindset you were in when you read it, it might of sounded offensive, so kiss and makeup and we'll see you on the 21st :gitrdun:

there was no intent behind it. i just didnt want someone driving that far to a chit chat and think there was more going on. everyone is invited to come. we've got guys in the club that are all the way out in jacksonville and others in SC and TN...so its definately not just a fayettenam thing.

thx for the back up streetdoc. but everyone is invited...all makes, models, locations!

What u working on, Today's my son's 7th B-day, were having his B-day party tomorrow, but hopefully before and after the party I'll be able to get some wrenching done myself, I'm pulling the tranny in my wifes 93 Trooper, helping a friend install so suspension stuff on his 92 Heep :)D) Cherokee then there's other stuff to do to my trail rig before April, the list is too long to list, well I guess I'll see everyone tomorrow. :Rockon:
 
lifting my CO's more, 3" leaf packs, extended brake lines, u bolt flips, rear shocks......then another guy's CO's, rear shocks, and AAL......then another guys CO's, UCA's, AAL, and wiring up winch stuff...should be a LONG day
 
in case anyone else is interested, we're having montly meets on the 3rd saturday at 8pm at hendrick toyota. also having the URE meet april 17-19 if anyone is interested in that.
