What does "Harboring a Fugitive" mean?

So, apparently, "Harboring a Fugitive" can mean many things (not just hiding someone from law enforcement)... what would be your first thought?

:lol: Yes, a cliffhanger is the same as a bat in the cave... although Urban Dictionary says that a bat in the cave can also mean the same thing as having to drop the kids off at the pool. :lol:
