And there it is!!!!.......:shaking:
hey give me some credit...it was short response without ranting on and on right...give me that at least lol

can lead a horse to water but can't make him drink...
i bet you think i'm kidding when i say if i had money, my jeep would still be the similar build it is. Truth is a mans own work, sweat and blood and countless hours put into HIS own thing (whatever it may be) is priceless to that person...my jeep means everything to me and is my pride and joy
Sad part is I've met many many with lots of money who can't enjoy half of what they have/buy/or build so that side of the world isn't any better.

I'll agree to that.

Another vote to keep him. He's learning.

Edit- For the record, I'm sure there's never been a public vote to keep or ban anybody. And a lot of you seem to be easily entertained
yeah, just to be clear, this is not a democracy.
This board is a private enterprise with, as Ron so accurately stated, an HBIC, HQIC, and a couple others w/ creative acronyms.

But we can shoot a horse and solve all the problems!

I'm not a horse person by the way.
hey hey hey...no shooting the horse (I know I'm the horse dang it lol)

He drives a shit ton of page impressions and member visits go up when he is allowed. Page impressions =ad revenue regardless of how insignificant that might seem. The HBIC has a new old home to architect up and a Jeep twin to finish up and the humble servant to the HQIC wants to fix up a barn so every penny counts.

I think you grossly overestimate the amount of ad money that's involved there.

hey in all seriousness to the Moderators/owners of this board...Please make whatever decision you feel on your heart to do about me. Despite all the jokes and such, I don't want any special treatment.
I have made my apologies for the things I have been banned for and would respect whatever decision you make.
(I feel so much hatred and animosity from so many members for me being around here that I respect you making a choice that betters your forum and your members). Thank You

You gotta think of it from a relative standpoint.
An increase of only $1 could be a 50% boost for that month! (We all know what a high-budget operation this is)

and no I am not here for attention...this is not the attention i desire to have nor the kind of friends (just being honest). I honestly can say 90% of the reason I have posted and continue to post here is because the amount of entertainment people get from my stuff. I don't loose sleep over anyone, anything said, or over my "unsafe build" so no hurt feelings here.
The friends I have (very few) like me for me and my family and what values I have...nothing to do with my jeep or "build." I like it this way. I have weeded out all the people in my life that are not true friends who will stand by me no matter the circumstance and who would never do anything to harm me or my family or jeopardize what little I have because they think they have a sainthood mentality. True friends and family should look out for one another not tear each other down.
It's your attitude that is hated!...
really now...when was the last time you read...actually read through my posts. If you cared enough to pay attention and not just pick around, you would see my "attitude" comes from years and years of being called names and unworthy and a danger to people just cause of my jeep build. Yeah forgive my "attitude" but look inwards and you will see where my "attitude" comes from.
Nobody hates YOU!
WOW, again some twisted form of "family community" you refer yourself to. I have never once felt accepted by anyone on this forum unless i agree to ditch my jeep and build something to their liking....I know, I'm a broken record right...cause someone will now tell me my speeches like this make me a psycho!

I thought you were learning and making progress until you made multiple comments like this...

Shows that you haven't learned that what you have been doing wasn't the correct or safest way.

Pleas for the sake of your family, customers, and others around you, please learn and implement what you have learned in lieu of being stuck in your ways with the idea that what you have done is acceptable.

You can have pride in what you do with or without $. Just do it correctly and safely for the sake of everyone's safety.

Dude i mean not to be broken record but seriously this whole "safety shit" is GETTING OLD AND OLDER AND OLDER already..get over it.
I have proven EVERY ONE OF YOU WRONG for 4 yrs now with none of my jeeps failing or even close to failing in my builds. Everyone has put money that my jeeps would fall apart and die and roll and crack and break and snap and blah blah blah blah blah........blah blah blahblah....here I am still wheeling same jeep and stronger than ever.
SO PLEASE spare me all this BS of how scared you are of my jeep and work...I didn't see ANYONE at the park running scared for their lives me wheeling all last year, running mud bog "around people" and kids in parking lots....please spare me all this safety crap. If you and everyone else was really scared for your safety....You wouldn't have let me out on a public park around people and have done everything and anything to keep the owner from allowing me (which i believe yall have the power/persuasion to) so this is my last rant about all this "unsafe" bull.....peace

That's like saying a 20 degree day is twice as hot as a 10 degree day.

I think you and everyone else would be better off just saying:
"Just do it
Yes. Yes it is. But I bet these guys will disagree.

and what the heck does that video prove for me..really? I didn't build a racing jeep. I didn't build a buggy to do what buggies do. I didn't build a Jeep to take on full hardcore trials so chill already...stop having a cow already.
Yellow trails and a red trail here and there is all I desire to do. I stay away from "crazy off camber" stuff as much as possible and do my best to be as safe as I can.
I have turned down riding with buggies before because I actually get a little scared being on that crazy stuff...just not my thing...cool to watch but not for me.
Put it this way: Rock Ledge at the Flats scares me some but that will be something on a descent dry day I will love to tackle taking my time when nobody is around to hold them up and once I have my winch installed. That tells you what I'm into and what I'm not.
And NO don't tell me "you can flip over on Easy st john...blah blah blah I'm not a newbi at this either. I know my comfort zone and stuff outside that zone, i take very very easy and cautiously but without a winch, i won't do any other red beside Ol Stumpy (stinkin trail took down my D30 twice...it's going down next run lol)

Wait for it!....he will come back with.."but I am not racing near cliffs" "I am not driving that fast" "blah blah blah everyone hates me blah blah".......he will never get it!!!!!

Hey fuller! I am guna build myself a log home out of rotten logs and space every thing 4foot on center! BTW it will be in a place that gets 5 foot off snow! What do you think? Good idea? I mean it's just for me! I think it will hold up great!!!

I disagree.
My wife damn near died last year in a multiple roll incident. Her rig was built rock solid and disintegrated saving her life.
I damn sure aint one to lecture people, but you might want to rethink the safety aspect girlfriend.
Just sayin......
Carry on.

Because I know your response will get a "good enough for me" answer from shitferbrains...

In a similar incident, just last weekend, a fellow wheeler had his rig slip out of park and start careening down the mountain with his lady friend inside. A complete accident while he was working on it. A well built cage kept her intact while she was in the passenger seat.

Another member on here rolled on the Lower Rock Garden at Harlan a few years back and essentially totaled his rig. Another well built cage did its job and that was just the last roll or flop of many that it withstood but the thing hit a rock just right and crushed the roof in.

I can name off a few more NC4x4'ers who've been saved by good tube work and would have been in much worse shape had it been shoddy work...where I'm going with this is, anything worth doing is worth doing right. Don't 1/2ass or even 1/4ass some shit that could save your damn life.

I wheeled for a long time without a cage. Finally had a few close calls and wised up. First thing I did with the rig I have now was to take it to PJ at M&M and have him build a cage that tied into 6 points of the frame. That was after 1 shakedown run and before the first major trip it's been on. Don't fuck with your life. Accidents happen in this sport. Paul's wife and a few of my close friends are testaments to this.

Now I'm going to have to spend my evening finding old posts to prove a point...
