I wen't to Schronces today and got the spacers to convert from SRW to DRW on the front of my dodge. I also scored some gray pleather seats from the same truck.
 
hopefully this will be mine tomarrow its a 04 cummins 93k miles and a slipomatic

what would be the best programmer for mpg and a little power nothing to much to tear the tranny out. im thinkin of going with a predator what yall think

Predator is great for the money. Low power with on the fly control I would go with Edge..it won't give you as much as the Predator. The Smarty is great and very tunable. Could leave the setting on low and still notice a difference.

Stay away from edge. If you want a programmer, go with a Diablosport Predator or a Smarty Jr. If you want shift on the fly go with a Quadzilla X2 and update it with a mileage tune for free from the internet. Remember you're only good to maybe 100 hp with the stock auto.
 
heres a new pic of the dodge. planes are now to tint the front windows and add a dioblosport predator chip. already has 5 inch exhaust and cold air intake

man I just sold my predator to a buddy,if your looking for a good programmer for mpgs and low cost the diablo predator is the way to go!!

I have the smarty POD now just because my truck is more than stock now but i will tell you the truth I have also ran the edge w/attitude and the hot unlock level #6 and this predator on extreme put out more smoke and in my opinion more power than the edge did!With the predator being around 300 bucks and the edge w/attitude with the hot unlock is closer to a grand new and with the pod to mount it!

Plus i got the best mpgs Ive ever seen with my truck with the predator at around 23-24,the edge the best I ever seen was about 19-20.

yes the edge does have safety parameters and such and cool things like a turbo timer and 0-60 times and such but for the money I would no doubt go with the diablo.

Then if you want to upgrade later on when you get injectors and such go with a smarty or a PPE I have heard good things about for 03-04 models.
 
thanks for the info i just bought a predator from thoroghbred diesel for $278 shipped to the house. the truck is only gettin around 13 to 14 mpg according to the computer but it has a 4inch lift and 35s it that about right or should it be more.
 
well thats sounds pretty low what gears are you running?My truck has a 6" lift running 37" tires!!These computers on these trucks are off though especially when you are running the programmer on there.
