Let's See YOUR DODGE!

whats the difference bettween thos brakes?Might sound like a dumb ? but I have heard the terms.it was a add on with a switch on the shifter. Its a BD exhaust brake though.

Not a dumb question at all. The Jacobs is operated by vacuum. It will not fit with an aftermarket turbo because the vacuum canister sits about 1/4" from the firewall with a stock turbo. An aftermarket turbo moves it toward the rear of the truck about 1/2" or a little more. The Pac Brake is operated by air pressure. The air cylinder runs from the rear toward the front beside the turbo and will work with an aftermarket turbo.

Does yours look like this? If so it should work with an aftermarket turbo. And believe me, if you can keep it, do so. You'll be wanting it back on there if you take it off. That's the best upgrade you can make to a diesel.

I bought this yesterday (the lift, brush guard, wheels/tires, and a roof basket are for sale off this Jeep). Mike, you'll more then likely be seeing this the 13th instead of the Jetta, she is NASTY! (smoked in, never clean, looks worse than anything I've bought inside):

NCCummins- Sweet bike!! Like the Jeep too! Why are you pulling the lift out? Now I know what to watch for on I-26! Haha! Bring it to me the 13th, we'll make it NEW!!

Crappy cell phone pic. Put leveling kit on and 35" nittos.

I think you came by me on 421 around wilkes a few weeks ago on a sunday. I was in my silver 3500 pullin a camper with a golf cart in the bed.

Do you have a large ecors sticker on your back glass?

Thanks man. I'm pulling the lift because I'm putting a bigger one on to clear 33" Nittos. 18" Rockstars, ARB front, and C4x4 rear are going on it to. It for sure needs a GOOD cleaning inside and out. It's pretty rough inside. I'll get in touch with you when the 13th gets close. Don't have to watch out for any of those two on 26...just this:  haha

Thanks dude. I think the wheels look great on there, glad we worked out a deal. One day soon I will get a good picture of it with a real camera!

I posted up a thread in the axle thread about mag Hytec diff covers but wanted to hear what you guys thought and if yall have ran them?

I have a buddy with a brand new front 9.25 cover I can get for an awesome price but have heard they rub on the steering bars?Plus I have a 6" fabtech lift and heard that might make make it worse.I def. want to get a 11.50 for the rear though just wondered thanks for any info!

the differential covers seem to be more of a "look" item, unless you're wanting it for the dipstick/drain plug

I had a diff cover. Only bought it because a guy needed money and it was still new in box. Serves almost no purpose besides holds more fluid. If you buy it brand new, I wouldn't recommend it. If you get a deal, go for it!

I'm sure you'll love your new turbo.

94 12v Cummins..came with a free Dodge. Need to finish painting. Forgot about the roof untill just now...
