Light weight Toyota buggy build

More parts came in today it's getting close

Damn this thing is so nice. Nice to see a small buggy with reasonable sized parts for a lightweight, fun rig with room for two. Exactly what I want to do whenever I build a buggy. Thanks for making that want so much worse Chris! Damnit!
 
Driveshafts mocked up, pillow block built, roof done, steering done, clutch, brake pedal mounted, orbital mounted, stainless grill done. Started on a new alternator bracket tonight to raise and better align it with the other pulleys and have to weld on knuckle gussets and it's done!
The pillow block is a piece I made in house to try out. There is literally no room for anything larger than 3" between the cradle and the bellhousing so I had to come up with something that would work. I used 2 pieces of 6061 aluminum to sandwich a factory 2 piece shaft bearing, then mounted it on rubber so it's Isolated from the chassis. We'll see how it holds up.....

Josh brought it by the shop the other day. Awesome is the only word for it. Everything Marsfab touched was porn.
 
Round 2 got the drive shafts welded up pulled the axles apart replaced all the seal and dropped the thirds off at ecgs to be gone through

Got my axles back together has ecgs go through both diff s and do new barings and seal rear diff was actually 4.37 and front was 4.11 there both 4.10 diff s now with locker on both went ahead and did new seals and barings in the axles to also got the stering cooler and resivor from them as always very happy with there work it's getting down to the nitty gritty stuff now planing to take it to Billy at Aliance Hose in Grensburo to help me plumb it hopeing to be done and rideing on my birthday jan.4 I will be 30 any body got any rides planed around new years

Ya harlen would be fun I got a good bit of work done tonight with the help of jonathen we got my headers chopped and re welded to fit around my frame and got my resivor mounted and cooler mounted I got my 18 inch stering column in the mail going to try to put that on tomarrow trying to knock all this small stuff out so I can get it plumbed and wired
 
Got a few small things done stering column, resivor pump and cooler are all mounted got my headers reworked and installed also had to switch out the old efi distributor with one from a carb truck with vacume advance

Radiators hooked up still have to flare the hard lines and put clamps on it all
