So, it appears we've got a race forming for 2024. Who's in for DeSantes? Who's backing Haley? Anyone still hanging with the Orange Man? And last but not least, who's actually ridin with Biden?

Haley could be a very good option, but still plenty of time for her to screw it up. Trump was decent the first go round, but that ship has sailed. Im waiting to see who gets the libertarian ticket this go round.

I've been hoping her or Tim Scott would give it a run. I'd be happy if either of them got the nomination.

Right now Mike ter Maat, Chase Oliver (the guy who caused the run-off in GA) and Lars Mapstead are running, although technically Chase hasn't filed and is running an presidential exploratory campaign. The new party leadership is trying their best to ruin any credibility, though, so who knows if there will be anything left by 2024. Last time I talked to Spike he was still unlikely to run and a lot of his team (at least here in SC) are working for Chase.

Good for him. I hope he makes their lives hell. I have an association with a very wealthy family (not mine 😥) that has been very philanthropic over the years. The patriarch that founded the company that began this round of their wealth, grew up on a plantation that owned man slaves. It's been very interesting seeing how they do the dance of keeping their name on places and not getting washed out to sea by wokeness.

The tagline states something about her skin color/past heritage. and being different. no duh. no 2 people are alike,
this does not matter.
taxes, crime, illegal immigration, wars, dwindling open spaces, and corruption affect us all. 100%. no matter where your grandparents are from or what shade your skin is.

I wonder if we will start seeing large donations come with "prenups" that state if a building is renamed or the receiving organization otherwise disenfranchises themselves from the donor they will be liable for returning all or part of the endowment.

This is the reality we are in, by making such declarations it is harder for the people in the center to dislike her, and for the far left too attack her. You should concentrate on the things that matter to you in the platform and ignore the packaging, if you don't you'll never find a candidate you can get behind.

This is one of the biggest issues with how legislation is done IMO. Each bill should be voted on, not lumped together to try and force the other side into a corner. Admittedly I like that it might work in the 2a's favor, but I still disagree with it in principle.

I'm pretty center... I dislike everyone equally.
Now I dislike her...so good job nikki....I had hopes.
Its SOOO easy to just outline your platform with concrete ideas without pandering....5-10 steps to get us back on track. There are hundreds of issues that affect all of us daily. Just pick a few. The 'indian-immirant' thing is not gonna get her elected. If you have a rock solid plan and aren't an idiot and don't say stupid things and are firm and not flounder at debates you are automatically way ahead of the game, regardless of skin color.
We are never gonna get over the divide and 'racist' rhetoric until we stop mentioning skin color...she has one of the biggest platforms in the world to NOT talk about where you are from and what color you are.. Yet you make this decision. So anything she does from this point forward is questionable at best.

Might as well have biden up there chatting with corn pop.

This is completely subjective though, and in todays political climate its subjectiveness is likely to be based solely on your party affiliation.
