I read something that says they're regulated by state insurance commissions which in Gestapo fashion do regulate the max profit % an insurance company can make.

The refunds are enough to squeak just under and hopefully avoid a class action under force majuer or similar

Monkeys are strong, viscious, and fast. Most of the cunning of a human with slightly less frontal lobe control, razor sharp teeth and fingernails, and almost 0% body fat. They will fuck you up in a heartbeat.
During my prior research life at another place, we had a lab monkey break loose from his cage and totally fuck up 3 other just to get some aggression out.
