That sucks, but it's really no surprise. Just look anywhere on the sides of the roads. It can all end up in the water.
Funny, but not so funny. We were in Newport News area last weekend and it was one of the nastiest places I've seen for litter. Right by the water.
Idk how many dudes I've seen driving around in a truck with shit blowing out of the bed. And roll offs, those are another story.

Just as likely to have an intelligent, sober, girl sitting on her 4wheeler during the day, watching dumbasses play in the mud. Ever been to any kind of ATV/UTV/Offroad park? It's honestly amazing stuff like this doesn't happen more often.
