Messing with d-bags

Sounds like ol Franklin Bld down here... Things were fun early in the night, but after all the kids went home things would get even better. Then dumbasses started shooting and breaking into businesses ruining it for everyone...

Cops put Stratford on lockdown in 88 or 89, can't remember which. I had a 74 CJ with a 304 that would lift the front left tire at the light at the chevy dealer (slope was JUST right)
I use to LOVE cruising there, and racing with friends (Not racing MINE but as a passenger) but they cracked down and if they saw you pass more than once they'd ticket you for loitering.
Kernersville did the same about the same time. So we ended up having field parties at the ends of new developments. At least on stratford we were sober and fewer babies were conceived (same can't be said for field parties)

Ever remember a burgundy 69 firebird?
I do.
Also a black Camaro 68 or 68 with "here comes trouble" on the back.
Or may have been the same one.

That you?
My junk was slow ... couple of bone stock T-birds .... but a buddy had a 5.0 that I never saw it get beat.
Now on my bike ......... funny thing very few bikes there back then.

Bigwoody, the only Challenger I remember was driven by a tall, wicked good looking chic that always wore stilettos.
She never could get it it gear without grinding them down first tho.

Cool.
The here comes trouble guy was a real d-bag. Always talked about how fast he was but I never saw him race.
He kept messing with me one night until I pulled a u and got beside of him.

Getting back on track: A story similar to the one about the diesel fuel mileage. A guy in high school got a brand new honda accord and tricked it all out, he was bragging about how fast it was and still got awesome gas mileage. A couple of us would take turns putting a gallon of gas in it at lunch everyday for weeks. He kept on bragging about how he had the tricks to make a honda motor fast and get crazy gas mileage, supposedly 60mpg plus haha. After a month or so we stopped and he could not figure out what he had broken to make his mpgs go down to about 30 haha. He threw so much money at it trying to "fix" it. FYI - it wasn't his money, his parents paid for everything and he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth, so we didn't feel too bad.

I was up there 86-87 ..... by '88 I was on my way to long term rehab! My g/f was about 5'2" and very yuppie girl next door looking...so I doubt it was her, although she was my DD many evenings.
