hey i read your story . this kinda happen to me. i have a black jeep grand cherokee. i got pulled over in winston-salem by a nchp and i have a military trained german shepherd XD in the back. well the cop comes up and says please step out of the vechicle and i said stand by and heel in german comands to my dog. the cop looks at me and puts me in hand cuff not telling me why or giving me my miranda rights. later his buddy roles up and he says to him that i was cussing him out in a foregen language and the 2nd officer procceds to seareach my car that with out telling me and he almost got his hand ripped off. then he comes back and says sir can we search you car. im a minor and they wouldnt let me call my parents well they change there mine when the dog came out of the car. long story short they pulled me over cause they saw a black jeep being a drug transport. after my dad found out about this well those 2 hwp didnt have a job.
 
well him being a minor, it was his parents duty to do something about, has nothing to do with how tuff the kid is..

some interesting changes in relevant legislation by the supreme court last week. in short, officers are now required to obtain a warrant before searching vehicles if the suspect is in custody.

Your case sounds like this is what they done! And for it to be that way someone was telling them what to look for how to answer your thoughts with doing stuff you’re uncomfortable with! I’ll check this post again to see if you reply because corruption and murders and rapes and nude pictures are being displaced around Surry county and the judges and district attorneys are only in court to make sure that there money making insurance scams aren’t found out! It’s odd for a deputy to be sitting there at that time as well because they work 12 hour shifts and the sheriffs office is in Dobson NC! If the man was short curly haired about 6’2 and the other a Hispanic named Martinez then you experienced something that I’m currently going thru. Did they thrust you as they placed you on the hood or side of the car cause they did me after opening my door without permission!
