.in short police are dumb all of them there are no cool cops there all trash sorry for the rant
This is interesting....... seams Officer Matt Darisse's actions have been looked into before. From this case study, you can see that he has searched without cause (although I think that the criminal in the case SHOULD be in jail)

Guys, the last 10 months has really tested me and my relationships, I definitely have a good woman who stood by me and kept my head up. With that said I am still depressed and you guys (nc4x4), my brother and dogs have been good therapy. Unfortunately the incident has brought up some issues that I really am having trouble dealing with. I wanna be a man and say oh well it doesn't bother me but it does. It hurts to be violated, it's hurts to be degraded and forced to touch myself. I want closure but get fed more and more lies then get a huge slap in the face by one of the detectives being investigated. I know I'm an American, I have read The Constitution, I am a son of the American Revolution. I want to sleep a good night sleep, I want to stop talking about Surry this and Surry that when I talk to my girlfriend, co-workers and friends. I want my head to stop hurting. I want America to be free again. I want you and your family to be safe while traveling our roads. I want Peace officers not Police officers. I want it to be our land our country not theirs.
Where do you get his actions have been "looked into"? That document is a simple court report. As I read, it appears that the Officer knows his job and performs it well. Stop a vehicle for a traffic violation, uncooperative suspect, find weapons, and search the vehicle. Sounds familiar.
You have just stated that your motives are emotional, and not subjective. You admit to being depressed, wouldn't it be easier for the state to deem you mentally ill rather than being the victim of an assault? There goes your CWP and possibly hindering any other purchase of a firearm. And maybe getting a label you can't shake for the rest of your life.
I'm not siding with one guy or the other here, but look at the big picture. You can make things very hard on yourself in the future trying to get revenge.
I admit I have been stopped and treated like a two bit criminal. But in retrospect if I had not been speeding, I wouldn't have been stopped in the first place. Then Moorseville Ford was to swap my tag to my Mustang, but instead applied for a new one and never notified me. Here come the swat team in to surround me while we try to figure out the situation. The officer informs me that he is supposed to confiscate the tag and tow my brand new car. I was very pissed but kept my cool. He only sited me for 62 in a 45. I knew I was going a lot faster. I actually thanked him for not throwing the book at me and letting me take care of the tag issue. I offered a hand shake and bid him good day. He was just doing his job.
If I were in your shoes, I would have probably been the bigger man at the gas station that day. Walked over to Officer Darisse to offer a hand shake with a sincere apology and pet his dog. Then if he returned with a belligerent remark and blew me off, its time to come out fighting.
Patients and maturity are virtues. And as WCURoverd90 has said to all the cop haters out there, who are the first people you call when you walk to your car in the morning and find it ransacked with the stereo missing?
