Molested by Surry County Detectives

the ones where the officer is pulling out, through a crappy convertible BMW M-Roadster plastic back window.

the ones of the officer waving is off a video off a digital camera that he paused and copied the pic from.

yea they are crappy but prove a point

That proves a major point. And that cop looks like he has a 6th grade education with his stupid sasquatch lookin ass!

come on guys......... didnt your momma teach you not to judge a book by its cover?????? lol

........ it only takes one to make people think that all police officers are that way.

How many people write "I was stopped today and the officers were cool as hell" it happens but you dont write/hear about that. Thats probably 95% of the officers. The officer that showed Jon the recording system was straight up and very helpful and one hell of a nice guy (atleast thats what I could tell by the tape I watched)

In SC you can get a ticket for 1 mph over. You can ALSO get a 6 point ticket for reckless operation and be UNDER the speed limit. It is up to the Officer to decide if you are driving reckless. We have a town here that will give you a ticket fro 1 MPH and you WONT beat it. One of the guys on here lives there, Due West SC.

Guys, the last 10 months has really tested me and my relationships, I definitely have a good woman who stood by me and kept my head up. With that said I am still depressed and you guys (nc4x4), my brother and dogs have been good therapy. Unfortunately the incident has brought up some issues that I really am having trouble dealing with. I wanna be a man and say oh well it doesn't bother me but it does. It hurts to be violated, it's hurts to be degraded and forced to touch myself. I want closure but get fed more and more lies then get a huge slap in the face by one of the detectives being investigated. I know I'm an American, I have read The Constitution, I am a son of the American Revolution. I want to sleep a good night sleep, I want to stop talking about Surry this and Surry that when I talk to my girlfriend, co-workers and friends. I want my head to stop hurting. I want America to be free again. I want you and your family to be safe while traveling our roads. I want Peace officers not Police officers. I want it to be our land our country not theirs.

if a civilian did that he would be charged with road rage what ever that falls under and reckless driving. my senior year a girl my age got hit head on by a HP b/c the cop car drifted into her lane both were killed only one should of died and not the girl..Remember what happened in wilmington nc in 2005 a kid was shot in through the door, and they shot his dog b/c he was holding a ps3 controller.wtf??when the police do get in trouble they get "reassigned" to another job to f up.in short police are dumb all of them there are no cool cops there all trash sorry for the rant

Well, the kid that got shot in Wilmington was an accident. I doubt that cop wanted to kill that kid. Truth is, they beat the shit out of some kid and stole his stuff, then they found pictures of them posing with guns on the internet, so they had no idea what they were getting in to.

Everyone that says "he killed an innocent kid" seems to forget the kid was a friggin' CRIMINAL! He didn't deserve to get shot and killed, but he was a criminal.

This is interesting....... seams Officer Matt Darisse's actions have been looked into before. From this case study, you can see that he has searched without cause (although I think that the criminal in the case SHOULD be in jail)

Where do you get his actions have been "looked into"? That document is a simple court report. As I read, it appears that the Officer knows his job and performs it well. Stop a vehicle for a traffic violation, uncooperative suspect, find weapons, and search the vehicle. Sounds familiar.

You have just stated that your motives are emotional, and not subjective. You admit to being depressed, wouldn't it be easier for the state to deem you mentally ill rather than being the victim of an assault? There goes your CWP and possibly hindering any other purchase of a firearm. And maybe getting a label you can't shake for the rest of your life.

I'm not siding with one guy or the other here, but look at the big picture. You can make things very hard on yourself in the future trying to get revenge.

I admit I have been stopped and treated like a two bit criminal. But in retrospect if I had not been speeding, I wouldn't have been stopped in the first place. Then Moorseville Ford was to swap my tag to my Mustang, but instead applied for a new one and never notified me. Here come the swat team in to surround me while we try to figure out the situation. The officer informs me that he is supposed to confiscate the tag and tow my brand new car. I was very pissed but kept my cool. He only sited me for 62 in a 45. I knew I was going a lot faster. I actually thanked him for not throwing the book at me and letting me take care of the tag issue. I offered a hand shake and bid him good day. He was just doing his job.

If I were in your shoes, I would have probably been the bigger man at the gas station that day. Walked over to Officer Darisse to offer a hand shake with a sincere apology and pet his dog. Then if he returned with a belligerent remark and blew me off, its time to come out fighting.

Patients and maturity are virtues. And as WCURoverd90 has said to all the cop haters out there, who are the first people you call when you walk to your car in the morning and find it ransacked with the stereo missing?

i support the cops, and i have friends and family that are cops. But the Surry County Sheriff's Department is as crooked as they come. Not the whole department, but there are some in there and high up officers that are dirty.

Seriously... approaching an officer with a police dog (who probably is crooked and enjoies abusing his power)... to say hey and pet it

I agree w/ each side.. there are cool/good Law Enforcement Officers out there... but the bad ones really do overshadow them most of the time..

As for who I'd call if my car has been broken into... Well, State Farm, why waste my time w/ the police.. but, I also DO NOT depend on the police to protect me either...
