More than once someone in my station (back in MA) pulled the shore power and air lines from the ceiling when leaving the barn. We actually changed out the hardline to PVC for ease of repair.

It happens. We had a guy juuuussssttttt catch the door running a bad wreck one night. That same call, I grabbed our "QRV" (1985 chevy box van lol) and forgot to unplug it. It has auto-eject, but hasnt worked in years. Theres a reason we put a 2' jumper cord on all the chargers.
