did you role those pieces with one person or two?

or ten?

How deep is the throat on that hand powered bead roller, I can't say I've ever seen one with any depth....

that is interesting because we have a billet one from mitler bros and i'm not impressed with the power....

yeah I push it past its limits but fuck I should be able to roll some 16 gauge with ease for $750

Another few interior shots. pedals are mounted and basic tins are in.

It's prolly got a 2' depth or so with a 3" height. It'll put a mark in some .090 if you crank it down.

Definitely done with two people. Could probably run a straight bead by myself but anything with a curve really needs a second hand if you're trying to watch your mark with any precision.

GET THIS DONE!!!!

You're out of school now, no excuses.

Either get it done, or sell it and buy a hill shooster.

Back on this thing.

Did some sheet metal this afternoon...

It'll get some stainless mesh in front of the radiator. Might cut out a bit more behind the seats but there's not much to be gained as it's right behind the head rest...

Bout damn time.

For the peace of mind it gives to the cooling system I don't mind having my rear view blocked.

I did use a backup camera and screen on the last one though. I'm sure Sam will one-up me with a BlueRay player in his along with the reverse camera.

Started workin on the skins tonight....whether Sam likes it or not.

Really it's waiting on a new Accessory bracket from WOD to clock them up a little further. Right now the alternator hits one of the plugs on the throttle body. Lights are mounted up front and some other little small stuff is done.

Most of the small stuff done. Banged out alot in the last week or so. Finally getting a fire under my ass to have this done. Shooting for mid april but not holding my breathe.

Need to finish exhaust, rear basket mounts, and finish coolant hose routing and it should be ready for powder.

mid april???
you'll iss at least 1 race that way.
Thought you planned to "dominate"?????

Oh, how easy life was when I was not working 70hrs a week and had expendible income.

And I will leave the domination to PJ. Im ready for trail riding more than anything, but ECORS is def on the agenda. :huggy:

Do not weld those mounts for the rear bypass. I'll make you some to match the front. Give me a measurement from shock eye to center line of the tube.

glad to see your working on it man!
By the way.. did yo happen you get the special go fast parts that has in the floor board?

Winch needs some touch-up paint :flipoff2:
