Anybody gonna be runnin some near stock stuff? I am trying to buy a buggy so I am selling my big jeep, but I have my green cherokee spacer lift 32" tires and a welded rear, just seeing if its just gonna be the big boys?:driver:

I'll be in my white Samurai with 32" tires, no lockers. I'll wheel with you.
 
As stated earlier, I will be running 33's as well as a few others that are heading up. Come on, I am sure we will have a good size group of "little rigs" :lol:

I want to leave early in the morning. Anyone else going up early that I could follow up 321 from Hickory?
 
im leaving lincolnton about 6:30 or 7 am. you can follow us up. im gonna be driving a f250 gas truck towing a red cherokee, and ill have a excursion with a sami strapped to it following me. ill check my messages tomarow thru out the day, just leave me a number if you want to tag along.

I'm hoping I will be able to make it up there on saturday...Hopefully I can get a few things settled away on the truck first.
 
Leaving out of Maiden between 6:30-7 Friday morning. Look for black yj and I'll be wearing my Gotwood shirts. Later
 
I am heading up tonight after my wife and I get off work. For those that were asking about wheeling with smaller rigs, I will be one of them. 02 TJ with 33's and open front and rear.
 
Got the Samurai loaded on the trailer. We will be rolling out about 6:30am Saturday morning. Should be there by 9:30am at the latest.

Im out....im still at work, busiest time of the year for us, gotta take the money when ya can. Gonna be another busy day tommorow. Hopefullly i can make it up there in a few weeks, hope to see some good pics on here.
 
Just got back home. Had a good ride with a couple of rigs from Ashville area. Also saw Chip but didn't ride with him. I wasn't horibly impressed but I didn't wheel long. Maybe a dryer day with an accomplished trail guide would have been a better expierence.
 
yeah, there are trails up there that unless you know, or is with someone who knows, you probably wont find them. Alot of logging has changed the place alot, but there are alsome trails there for sure.
