Uhhhhh hellooo I took the 2 advise that was given by you and one other member...the rest wasn't advise..it was merely trash talking as usual. So serious question, I want to put a panel in the garage with 3 dedicated 220-30amp circuits. I do own my own home, and I know I can wire it up myself(worked for an electrician in high school). But is it legal for me to do it myself? I can have a license electrician "help" if I need to keep it legit.

Funny how people are "proud" of my listening when I just shut up and put up but the minute I speak up when needed I'm "not grown up"...LAME but again, good thing I'm not into pleasing people.

You asked how to do something that requires a license and a building permit in the state of NC. You are neither a licensed electrician, nor do you own it. Your landlord should know that he'll end up having to rip out all you've done.
