Need Help finding a F*()$^%$!

So apparently, some douche thought it was a good idea to follow my little brother to his job and decide that when he got out of the car, that he was going to go choke him out. Apparently some road rage had happened along the way, but this guy took it to far and I am pissed. The guy was in an orange company van with blue lettering. The guy was wearing a company baseball hat and an orange shirt khakis and boots. My brother doesn't remember the name that was on the van or on the guys shirt because it all happened so fast. My brother didn't fight back but words were exchanged. I was just wondering how you guys would go about finding what the company was that the guy worked for....if I can get that, I'll do the rest.

I bet your brother will think twice about road rage next time. Or at least think twice about defending himself afterwards. He's lucky all he got was choked out. He (ya'll) should just "choke" this one up to experience.

Well the guy was riding his tail for about 2 miles and so my brother slowed down and the guy went around him. as he was passing my brother, my brother flicked him off, which caused him to back off and get back behind him and follow him to work.
 
i hate to say this, but your brother shouldn't have flipped him off if he wasn't prepared for the results of it, he should have just let him pass and let the other guy be pissed off.
let me clarify this by saying, I would have braked checked the bastard in a second,and when he passed i would have flipped him off also, but i would have been prepared for the results of my actions.
 
carry a gun...
 
Do any of the neighboring buildings around where this happened have security cams? See if its on film somewhere....

Years ago, I was headed west on I-40. I was in the passing lane, passing all on the right lane. Truck behind me thought I should pull over. I was doing 75, and I didn't think so. It wouldn't have been a safe move in the situation. He decided to ram the back of my truck. It did about wreck us both. He followed me till I got over, then I followed him. He pulled off into a truck stop.I pulled off too. I parked, he had to park around with the big trucks. He got out, and as he was headed my way I noticed he had his tire thumper in hand. I got out, met him at the back of my truck, with my 357 in my hand. I thought he was gonna shit his pants. I was calm, and asked him a simple question. "You brought a stick"? we looked at my truck, no damage I told him I thought it best that he got back in his truck and leave. He did.

So your brother threw the bird... and decided to run his mouth with no intention of defending himself? What was he expecting to happen? Did he not notice the big orange van following him? Probably throwing the PULL OVER gesture at the rear view...

I get it, my little brother has a temper, and has picked more than a few fights he shouldn't have, and I have always intervened as best I could.

As many have said, if your gonna throw the bird, brake check, etc... be prepared for the consequences, ya never know who your pissing off, and how bad of a day they have had.
 
The van sounds like the tree cutting company here locally, Apaasda(sp) there colors are orange and they wear the kakis....
 
Well while he shouldn't have flipped him off, but the guy had no right to choke him. My brother looks like he's 16, so the guy had to know that he could possibly be underage.. A police report was filed and also the van had a 1-800 number on the side, and so I'm guessing it's a fairly large company

Lol seriously? Use your imagination, I would say it involves pointing to the side of the road from either beside or behind hoping the person sees it in the rearview, same as u throw the bird.

My .02... Leave it as is, a learning experience. Dont pop the bird if you cant tote a beating. Guess i am a little older now and takes more to get me that wound up. I have learned the friendly smile and the polite wave eats em up WAY more than the your number one salute. Kill em with kindness works way better!!!

lol. Nah unlike my brother, I won't go down so easy. I know that as soon as he puts his hands on me, its game on. I don't plan on finding the guy and beating the ish out of him. I'd rather find out who he is and the company he works for and embarrass him in front of all his co workers. Although the guy did say to my brother "I know where you work now, so you better keep an eye out" Hopefully, this guy isn't dumb enough to ocome back.
