Need Help finding a F*()$^%$!

My .02... Leave it as is, a learning experience. Dont pop the bird if you cant tote a beating. Guess i am a little older now and takes more to get me that wound up. I have learned the friendly smile and the polite wave eats em up WAY more than the your number one salute. Kill em with kindness works way better!!!
I understand that, but flipping the bird automatically means a beatdown? I flip the bird to alot of people that can't drive, although I never think of them following me and getting out of their car to choke me. But you are right, anytime anyone honks the horn at me for whatever reason, I always wave and smile.

Not a gurateed beat down but it is on the short list of stuff that could happen if you fly it!

so tracking this guy down and treating him like he treated your brother will make things right?
(because your little brother picked a fight and got his ass kicked)

your thought process fawked up dude.....

We have a winner!

Never said that I was gonna do to him what he did to my brother. I want to find out his name and let his boss know that while he was in a COMPANY van and wearing COMPANY clothes that he decided to assault someone.
I mean alot of you are acting like if this happened to a member of your family, that you would just let it go. I find that hard to believe.

Maybe your brother didn't tell you the whole story. Maybe he pissed the guy off causing him to follow him so close before your brother flipped him off. If my brother picked a fight, then got his ass beat, he got what he ask for. No need for me to get involved as long as it was one on one.

If I drove a bright orange van and a uniform (probably with my name on it), I wouldn't chase someone down and physically assault them unless I felt highly justified.

If I had some crazy guy in an orange van following me, and I got out of my car, and he got out of his van and started coming towards me, I would get back in my car, and be prepared to drive away or run over him.

Similar situations have taught many to relax and not instigate stuff. Hope he learns the same lesson.

hmm, I see. you looking to avenge the beat down of your little brother. Nothing like the guy in the orange van looking for vengeance of your little brother showing of his middle finger. Does it hurt your ego to know your little brother got smacked around? Bet you taught him to fight?

Common man, you are seriously wasting your time & teaching your brother that 2 wrongs make a right.

You see, when you look at things with the "eye for an eye" mentality there is a problem. In the end everybody is blind..

Lol seriously? Use your imagination, I would say it involves pointing to the side of the road from either beside or behind hoping the person sees it in the rearview, same as u throw the bird.

Nah just everclear talking

I'd say your brother got off easy. I had a somewhat friend just after high school that gave a guy the finger on the interstate and they stopped on the exit ramp and the guy left his kids and wife in the car while he beat my friend and left him for dead and drove off. If I remember right my somewhat friend spent quite a bit of time in ICU over waving his middle finger.

Let it be and hopefully your brother was knocked down a few notches on his bad ass scale and maybe he will turn his cheek and not get it smacked next time.

Seems to me that if you really feel something should be done here, the only way this should be pursued is to find out the employer, with the intentions of informing them (the employer) what is going on in in their companies name. E.g. this is a liability for the company.
But even then unless you have some solid evidence (like I suggested, video from a nearby security cam) you're got nothin' to show for it except somebody's word against somebody else's.

Going any farther with the guy directly is just asking for trouble.

a lot of these companies run gps on their vehicles, once the company is informed they may be able to find out the employee and let them handle it from there.

My brother has no reason to lie, not saying that he is a little angel, but regardless if my brother ran his mouth, the guy was an idiot for putting his hands on him in the first place while on the clock....If i was at work and took a break, I happened to get pissed off at someone and put my hands on them and they knew where I worked...I would bet money that I wouldn't have a job the next day...i.e that would teach me not to do something stupid while at ON THE CLOCK AT WORK.

Ok so, guy decides to be as ass by riding my brothers tail for like 2 miles, then my brother gives him a little brake check to get him to back off and then the guy speeds in the other lane and gets beside him long enough to see that my bro is flipping him the rod and then proceeds to get back behind him and follow him all the way to work and then chokes him.... Because HE was riding his tail and got brake checked and the bird flipped at him? I am not looking at things "eye for an eye" I am looking at things like this guy drives around and obviously has some sort of anger issue and he is representing his company when he is out and he should just get away with choking someone? I don't think so. Also, I am not teaching him that 2 wrongs make a right.....I however do teach him to take up for himself. My brother will call the company tomorrow because he did confirm that it was indeed that van was the one.He will tell them of the situation in hopes that they find out who did it and that something will be done about it. Lesson learned: My brother needs to know that if he plans on flipping someone the bird, he better be prepared, and if someone puts their hands on him first...all bets are off and he is free to have at it. Also, the guy better learn that you put your hands on someone, that you also better be prepared to face whats coming to you.

If its that big of an issue, just have your brother go down there to the company office, and tell them whats up, and then wait for that guy to come in. Point him out.

If your brother gets him fired, chances are hes going to choke your brother out again.

Or the guy might bring to light another side of the story your unaware of.

Either way, thats the way I would do it. Phonecalls dont get anything done.
