New Member Check In - Post HERE <------------------

Hi everyone I'm new to the site but not to offroading. As of now I only have my stock 94' Ranger to play with, it is also my DD. I also have a 69' Scout with a flatrack a.k.a. SS Frankenbinder (rear spool and spring over) that is still in progress (almost finished), although it is currently in Michigan right now until I get back from Afghanistan. I was wondering if there are any clubs in or close to Jacksonville.

Whats up guys, new on the forums, certainly not new around a 4x4...

Dad had a 78 F100 Stepside, Built 427 Cobra Jet, 4 speed, something like 10 inches of suspension lift, and 4" body, riding around on 44's it was a MONSTER Gavel Gertie was her name.

Mom and Dad both had Broncos, with a 351 Windsor and 33's, moms was worked over much much more... i kinda forget what all was done to them...

I've had a 89 XJ and currently own a 04WJ.

I grew up on the North Shore New Brunswick Canada... picture Mountains that run right down to the river, with sandy beaches... heck of a place to grow up offroading every day!

I moved to NC back in 2000, and just got back from 6 months home where i had bent the front axle of my jeep...

New to the forum, so I thought I'd say hey. My name's Kerry. I'm a 26 year old mother of 1 and married to a wonderful man named Justin who's a professional firefighter with the city of Winston-Salem.
I'm on www.jeepforum.com (KerryP) and a fellow Jeeper there sent me this link.
Thought it'd be nice to see what's going on in my neck of the woods.
I just got an 06 Red TJ...2" lift and 32"BFGs are my only current mods. Next mod will be rhinoliner for sure, as I have a 9 month old little girl and i'm sure it'd be a good thing to not have carpet she can spill everything on anyways! (dual purpose - I love that)
It's a DD, so I can't do a whole lot with it right now...but I would like to try some wheelin'!

New to the forum and figured I'd check in. I'm in VA currently, but am down in NC alot for family, kayaking, Uwharrie, etc.
Right now I've got a 07 tacoma with an oldman EMU 2" lift, 33" BFG X-terrian, sliders and skids. But I'm trying to find a smaller car to wheel in for the wife since VA trails seems a little tighter than uwharrie.

Hey whats up!

I'm Tim, and I've got a pretty stock 90' Eddie Bauer Bronco II. Actually i've got 2, an 89 XLT, and a 90, but I only really use my 90! Right now the only mods are a custom driveshaft from Tom's Custom Driveshafts, and a set of Warn manual lockin' hubs. I'm currently searching around for a good 31" m/t to replace my worn cheapo street tires, and soon after that I'll be looking for 2-4" of lift.

Here's how she sits now:

That was the day my stock auto hubs finally blew up... Also, my Bronco is dark green, but it looks blue in that picture...

Anyway, I'm in the middle of a move, my new house has a Thomasville address, but its closer to High Point really.

I'm going to GTCC, and I've seen a few pretty cool rigs in the parking lot there, so if you attend gtech then give me a shout!

And FYI, i'm also a member of BII.org, cb4x4, TRS, and the Explorer Forum, all with the same username!

Greetings to all, my name is Joe. I drive a silver 2004 Jeep TJ wrangler x. mostly stock now cause ive only had it for about 6 months. however i have installed a 3" lift, 31" mudders and some off road lights. You'll see me roaming around the stokes/surry county line with regular appearances in Mayberry and Winston. I usually throw my hand out the window if I see someone with a lifted 4x4, especially Jeeps. so if you were wondering who that idiot was, its just me being friendly. See yall on the trails!

What's up everyone, My name is Charlie and im currently stationed at Fort Bragg; live in Raeford. I've been into wheelin with my brother back home in Tennessee, but when I moved I didn't have anything to have fun with. But now I just bought a 1988 Jeep Cherokee. Still need to look up the vin to figure out what exact model it is since it's been repainted and re-emblemed. But does have the 4.0L I6, AW4 Trans, D35F and D44R, with tow package. Came with 3" BB Lift and 33" BFG A/T. Lots of rub first time out. I fixed that. Coming soon--RC 4.5" Lift and Adapters to fit the stock wheels a little better(Still rubbin LCA.) Also looking for non-electrical front seats.(Kinda shorted mine out when I flooded the interior. lol) Hope to be wheelin with some of you guys soon.
