Figured i ought to go ahead an post here too even though its been awhile since i joined.

Hey everyone! I got out of the Marine Corps and moved to Lexington SC about 2 years ago and finally got my hands on a 1st gen 4Runner. Looking forward to learning as much as i can from you guys!

So I'll be moving to Charlotte at the end of the month so I figured Id join up and say hi.
Im coming out from California and looking forward to meeting and wheeling with some good people.

Hello fellow wheelers. I am originally from Charlotte, but live in Jax FL. I come up to NC frequently, but usually only bring the Jeep on Memorial day weekends. I joined to post up when I plan on wheeling in NC. I have a 1987 YJ. A few mods include TPI 350, NV4500, SOA, Lunchbox front, 8.8 w/LSD rear and running a Barnes flat skid. Hope to see you guys on the trails.

hi just moved to nc from Vermont. don't currently have a 4x4 here had to sell mine to move. I had a jeep Cherokee 4.0l 5 speed with a 6" long arm lift on 33" tires. as soon I start my new job I will be buying a new 4x4 to run off road. haven't decided on what im getting yet but I have a few ideas. just wanted to touch base with some local 4x4 enthusiast's on some good places to wheel and find some wheeling buddies around me. im currently living in clayton nc. im a welder by trade. been wheeling since I was 13 im now 30.

A few years ago I joined because I found someone selling some used 35's I was interested in. At the time I did not own a 4wd vehicle so I kind of stayed away for that reason. Within the past few weeks I picked up a 2002 TJ with the awesome 2.5L Low Output (that is what the decal says) engine and wish I had bought one sooner. I have always wanted a Jeep and 10 years later I finally have one! Looking forward to hopefully meeting some folks to hit the trails with.

Hey yall. Got a jeep ZJ a couple months ago and plan on doing some mild wheeling. Not planning on a dedicated trail rig but want it capible on and off road. Looking for some people to teach me the ropes and have some fun with. Live in the foothills in the yadkinville/elkin area.

Native Carolina guy here, grew up in Kannapolis/ Concord and have lived in Booked and Charlotte. Now currently reside in Hickory and came here to find some trails and camping spots. Toyota guy all the way, 4 runners, Land cruisers and picked up a FJ in '14 and will stay in it until the wheels fall off. Just wanted to introduce myself a little and dig in to the finding cool places to ride on. Know a little bit of alot of things in that dangerous kind of way!

Hi from Fayetteville! My Dad bought a minivan and sold me his 06 Jeep Commander Limited w/5.7 Hemi. I want to do some upgrades for mild 4wheeling with some good folks. Wilson Off road turned me on to this forum.

So far I've done some maintenance work and sanded, polished and clear coated the headlights. I also changed the low beams from 9005 bulbs to 9012 HIR bulbs.

Then it went for a 5 month stay with a shop....Didn't expect to have all the issues that I have had since....

Been tackling issues with it for quite some time. Going to be hitting up Metalworx in the near future to button up some things!
 
I'm not new, but have a burning question and don't mind feeling dumb. How do I go about putting up a profile picture? Thanks to anybody that can smack the back of my head.
 
Howdy gang. Just found this page and moving to the Charlotte area next month. I had a built jeep and decided to grow a set and start my trail bouncer build. It's currently being transformed into roller status down in Alabama at Angry Fab. Once I get it to NC and start working on it we might have a cookout and invite some folks to help me get it wrapped up and ready for the trails.

We're relocating from Louisiana and we've wheeled at Barnwell Mountin and Hot Springs ORV a lot. Hoping there are some good parks to break in the new rig.

i have a full set of skid plates for a commander I would give you a great deal on if you're interested.
 
Just want to say, Howdy. I've lived in NC my whole life born, raised, and live in a small quiet town of Cherryville. Been a Jeep fan my whole life and finally been in a position to have one of my own.
