Renee's surgery is done... went to OR at 830, surgeon came out to give report at 915. All went well. He said bone on bone contact was worse than the x-rays showed, and that she must have a high pain tolerance to have walked on it as long as she has.

Been there, done that X2. Best thing I have ever done.

She will be so much happier with it being done. Make sure she does her exercises, works hard in PT and takes her meds to stay ahead of the pain.

At work doing a full maintenance day on my Waterjet machine. Starting with draining and pressure washing the tank. By myself. Got the Jeep backed in cranking tunes. Albeit very wet, this is gonna be a fun day.

My sister and I were both C-section babies. Mom did 20+ hours of labor before doc called the shots (1986) and 14 hrs in 1988.
