What is your New Year's Resolution?

If you know better than to make one for yourself, ...

What do you think NC4x4 should try to do in 2012?

In 2011, we ran live coverage for all the ECORS races and also the 4x4Cross Throttle King Finale. We also took photos at the 2nd Annual Efird Ride, the Skyland Jeep Show, the Toy Run, The Flats Open Ride/M&M Hill Climb and the Veteran's Day Ride. In August, we started doing the twice-weekly 4x Focus... news and events articles. We just completed the second annual 12 Days of NC4x4. We'd like to build on all the events and fun stuff, just wondering what the membership might like to see.

NC4x4 - Keep on doing what your doing...

Me - I got a banjo from my pop this past year he gave up and its been sitting a while. My resolution is to start playing it... its right handed but I'm a lefty, trying to figure out if I play it righty or Elizabeth Cotton Style...

If it aint broke dont worry about it i love this site spend wayyyyy to much time on here as it is if ya make it any better hell ill have to quit working and stay at home to be on nc4x4 all day and night... Yall are doing great job always have too!

My goal is to replace the forum software this year. We're long overdue for an update.

I also rebooted the server a few minutes ago. 546 days of uptime until just now.

Quit smoking... I've been smoking for about 25 years and it's time. I've been cutting back and now down to about 5 a day. So yea, mine is to quit smoking.

NC4x4- Nothing to change. You guys truly do an awesome job.

Me- bench 300 (again), run a sub 55 min 10k, market my own line of BBQ sauce. Gotta find a 3k sq/ft shop so I can do that "other" resolution...

Each of mine are in the beginning/ planning stage.

Two goals
1. Be a great dad
2. Win races
That is all

1. I'll be a first time dad any day now! so I agree. I'd like to be a great dad also.

2. We're finally breaking into the ECORS world this year and I plan to bring the hurt to A class.

3. Go debt free!

4. And last but not least. Get my own dang CNC plasma table.

NC4x4 is the best advertising money I've ever spent, keep up the local business support. Shawn, Cydney, Chip, Leslie and anyone else who has a hand in this site. I really appreciate it!!

Dont fix what isnt broke! This is by far my most visited website.

x whatever number we are at now.

I am happy with everything going on in my life right now except my fitness. I've typically worked out about 4-5 days a week for the past 13 yrs. Finding time to work out this past year with a baby has been VERY tough. I tried to continue my pre-baby typical after work time slot, but there just wasn't time. I then tried during lunch, but didn't like that, so then I tried getting up at 3:50am and doing it before David wakes up. That worked, but then a got my sixth or seventh cold of the year which lasted about 1 month. So, my new years resolution is to stick with the early morning workout time slot.

I just wish we knew for sure if the Dec.21st 2012 was the last day of our existance....my goals would change based on that...

Happy New 2012 everyone!

We don't hardly rank up there with Shawn and Cydney. I am merely a Moderator who spends way too many hours on this site, and Leslie is my wife who puts up with that and with me.

It's no secret how much I love NC4X4.com. I can't think of a thing Shawn and Cydney can do to make it better, but, they have good imaginations and seem to always surprise, so My bet is that they will find more things to make this place even better.

Me I want to go more different places, and not just to wheel.

Get my garage built

Be here, and writing again this time next year

I have a few. Last semester I was really busy and didn't have much time to keep up with my exercising. Packed on about 10 lbs.

My goals for this year:
Drop 30-40lbs. Going to really need to kick it, if I can hit this I will be in amazing shape.
Graduate college - won't be hard, taking last two classes now and graduating in May.
Finish all my car projects and organize my garage - right now I have 5 cars and the only one that drives is the one my wife drives every day. I want to have at least 4 of them running by the end of the year. The 5th is a complete restoration project and will have to wait till we build our house, so that one can wait.
Fix house up to get ready to sell - tough one, but I can do it once I'm done with school.

I'm shooting big this year, I have a feeling this is going to be a good year. :)

#1 priority get in better shape! This working 6-7 days a week is getting old and is getting me fat!
#2 is to quit holding back and say what is on my mind!

I've mentioned this before, but I think it'd be great if somehow,someway..nc4x4 could have a seperate NON-profit status so that we could pool our resources and imaginations into a way to help others...think like the unofficial NC4X4 Bronco project..or the charity fund raiser from a couple of years back. CTB agreed to use their non profit status, just so we(nc4x4) could accomplish this. We raised alot of money, prizes were donated by some vendors...it was fun and it helped folks.

I just wish this could be accomplished on nc4x4,by nc4x4 FROM nc4x4.

do whatever it takes to reopen Callalante to wheeling.
that is all.
