neXtJeep Build Thread

Ther is a guy in Lexington, SC that parts out TJ’s but he’s high. Jody Frost in Marion, SC parts out jeeps and probably has what you want. But he’s high too.

I get that.
Just saying it's unlikely to find Rubi axles for that cheap.
Whats the going rate? $3k? Man I miss the 2000's. 35" tires were $400/set, 4.10 axles were $100 a pair, and a lift kit was $1000.

I have no idea. I'm a coil spring guy. Is that bad? To be fair, that side is flexed up about 2" and has about 300lbs of tire/tools/gear in the back when that pic was taken.

I can't say for certain because leaf springs aren't my area of expertise but when I look at it, my head starts to think digressive spring rate and a higher risk of bending the main leaf.

I just got quoted $3,800 for a set of stock JK Rubicon axles from a yard in GA that parts out wrecked jeeps.
There's some JL Rubicon axles on FB for $4k ish somewhere not far away. I remember seeing them earlier today.

I've been perusing the marketplace for some axle upgrades for the WJ. I was thinking I'd like to run 35" stickies on it. I really don't want to put tons under it because I would have to run a much bigger tire, and I don't want to do that. But the way things are looking, it might be cheaper to do tons and big tires than to do decent D44s and 35s.
