WTF!? Eat a turkey sammich instead of a Big Wopper Gordita and get off the couch! This will make health insurance more expensive for all of us.

I'm in remission LOL!

I fluctuate between 220-260 depending on how lazy I am at the time. I'm 5'10" and of a stocky build and even when I was riding my bike 300 miles a week on average I never got below 210 yet when we had health screenings at work they would say I needed to weigh 170! I have not weighed 170 since I was playing DE on the JV football team in 9th grade!

I don't think health screeners really know the difference between the build types of people. I'm at 220 right now and at 47 years old I feel healthier than ever. If I get lazy or forget to push away from the table then 260 here I come!

Can you get disability for being too damn fat now? That's not good and shouldn't be allowed.

<--- Hasn't eaten a 'Big Wopper Gordita' or any other fast food in over 10 years... at the gym 3 times a week... never sits on the couch... still considered obese

Heath assessment at work says I'm over weight, 5'7" 155ish lbs.... We had a good laugh with everyone in the shop.

I consider myself too short for my weight :flipoff2:

According to "the chart", I'm supposed to be 112-136lbs. I'm actually 180lbs. I ride 15+ miles 3-4 times a week on my mountain bike with guys who are probably at their "ideal" weight according to the chart. While I suppose I have some extra weight, I'm healthy as a horse and in very good cardiovascular shape. If I lost 50lbs, I really might die.

They always tell you what you should weigh....my buddy is 6'2, the doctor said he should be 160. Ha! Sure, if you want him to be a sickly looking bean pole! I think it's more about muscle vs. fat. 6'0 at 250 and not being able to see your feet (or your pecker!) is different from being 6'0 at 250 and not being able to wear a t-shirt without "hulking" out of it.

Those BMI charts are a joke. They definitely don't take into account those who have larger than average muscular mass.

At 180# and 6'-0", I'm overweight according to BMI.

I'm not a fat ass, but some of the rest of y'all are. :flipoff2: Time to go get your handicapped plates... no sense in running your Hoveround battery dead trying to get across the Wal-Mart parking lot.

Holy shitballs, that's pretty tall. They probably tell you you're overweight, huh?
