Ok gang, heres the deal...

This coming weekend (5/9-5/10) Ken Carter will be heading up all work efforts at his house in Raleigh. He's near North Hills area off the beltway. Contact him if you can help THIS weekend.

NEXT weekend (5/16-5/17)I will be heading up the work efforts at my house. I am up in Wake Forest (15min North of Raleigh)

IF you can help out one night during next week that would be great, any help will be appreciated. Please contact either Ken or myself, as we will determine when to move the Bronco to my house to best suit anyone who can work on it during the week. (OR if you want it for a few days to work at your place that can be arranged also)

Blaze - I'm not sure where you can shoot it, but we'll try to make it happen at some point.

This thing needs some work to get ready to hit the trails. It's nothing major just a lot of little things. Don't assume you can't help and have nothing to contribute as many times simply handing tools (tool bitch) or manning a particular tool is a great help and will allow people to take a break.

Of course if no one shows, well..... I'll just be doing burn outs in the street with it :)

If you can help out, please post up what days you will be able to help so we can figure out a game plan.

Also forgot to mention, I have a guest room/bath and can put a few people up for the night if needed plus I have plenty of room in the back for several tents and a few RVs on the street :)

Mike, I can help out some either Wednesday or Thursday night, possibly both. might also be able to help part of a day Saturday the 16th. I'm right up the road in Henderson so helping out at your place would be much closer than Bruiser's. Do you think the Bronco will be at your house by Wednesday?
John

My house is off of Lead Mine close to 540. I can pick it up and bring it to my house to shoot it next week and bring it up to your house for the following weekend, Mike.

It was on a trailer at Chase's house, is that staying with it during it's travels? If so, I can pick it up at Ken's and deliver it to Mike's after stopping at my house for a day or so to spray it.

What do ya think? I'm going to be out of town for work on the 15th-17th, and I'm busy all weekend this weekend, but next week I can knock out that interior.

The Bronco will be at my house tomorrow evening

we will start sat 9am until mid afternoon or so.
and Sunday is Momma day so no work.. but I will plan to work some more during next week.

Blaze PM me so we can arrange you to spray inside.

Im in.

Im going to pick up the bronco and tote it to Kens, and I plan on working all day sat. no can do sunday, I'll be manning the smoker for mother's day dinner.

foreman - lets see how the work is progressing at Kens and if the Blaze gets it sprayed and things are looking good we can try to get it to my place mid week.

I would like try to stop by on both weekends, we have been slammed with work lately though so I'm not sure if it will happen or not. Also, if yall would like I can see if I can "hand out" some Red Bull for each weekend, not sure if I can get it, but I can at least try.

you fill em up on redbull and i will give you a chance to win..lol if they will drink red bull.

we are already going to run some monster stickers, i dont see why we cant add some redbull stickers too. Might give it some wings!

I helped today :flipoff2: :

But seriously, I did donate the Hi-Lift in the pic.

BTT..... This is still happening....

Anyone planning to attend THIS COMING WEEKEND please PM me which days and time your planning on stopping by and your skill level (1/5) so I can do a rough plan on what work to hold/save for specific skilled people coming. (1=food/tool bitch ---> 5=got skillz and can lead others... ) I mainly need a head count to figure out how much food to get. Any food/drink donations welcome... I'll have coffee on at 7AM so anytime after that is fine...

At this point:
carb. needs tuning. Shocks need to be mounted.
Any remaining last minute things we spot.
Basically this will be the last chance to work on this thing before the big event.

Safety note: If you have your own safety glasses you should bring them. I have a few pairs of new glasses (fit over eyeglasses) as well as goggles, or tractor supply is 2.5miles up the road from me. And.. I don't give a rats ass if you don't like wearing them... Also if you're a fat head and plan to weld, bring your own welding helmet :flipoff2:

Blaze - we're looking at getting this to you Sunday evening.

I'm in for Saturday Mike. I'm probably a 3 or 4 on the scale. Never tuned a carb but I can weld and fabricate some, wrench and do a little this and that.
I'll probably get there around 8 or so. Besides hood and glasses do you need any other tools brought over?
What's the address for Mapquest?
