Bought a 2012 intl road tractor at an auction up north 2 months ago and kind of forgot about it. Anyway my neighbor was making a delivery nearby yesterday and swore he could fit it in his 53' dry van, that's how they do in El Salvador. Turns out he was right. Even backed it right out no problem. That is friggin awesome! Imagine Customs and Border Patrol opening up that trailer and wondering WTF you were trying to hide.

We didn't decide to go until the last minute. At first, it looked like we were going to have to move every other day, because everybody was booked over the weekend anywhere up where it was cool. All the lakes, too. Finally got a 3-day reservation at Racoon Holler in Jefferson, and 3 days at Honey Bear. We are good for 4 days if we only have electric, but full hookups are nice. Never use the bathhouse, etc. Honeybear had all we needed....shade, and above 3000'.

That was site C-6, last one they had.

Toyota Previa the only redeeming thing was they had a “divorced” supercharger driven by a drive shaft in front of the mid mounted engine, all the accessories drove off the same shaft at the front as well. Weird set up

This allows for even front/rear weight distribution, which benefits ride quality and handling

Damn I actually like the hell out of that idea. The exact opposite of any Ford built in the last 20 years.

I had to change a battery in one once, and believe it was under the pass floorboard as well. I know i opened the carpeted panel and was shocked to see an engine sitting there. Always thought it was a neat idea.

I had a boss once who had one of those, he used to take the seats out of the back and ride his quad into the back of it. He told me that platform was actually developed to be a "super car" of some sort....and it wound up being an ugly mini-van. That back story always reminded me of the Yamaha motor in the SHO that was developed for a ford Super car / F1 platform and wound up in a fwd Taurus!

I know they're not as popular, but a mildly lifted regular cab long bed truck is just a damn sexy automobile to me. I have almost the same truck sitting out back that needs some work, makes me want to get it finished up.
