For those into Old Grave yards, Goggle the Sherrill Family cemetery, in Sherrills Ford NC. There is even a single house on the Point, that is a Luxury Rental. ??? I didn't get to see the house. Sea wall needed rip-rap. Grabbed a
few pics & tried making them readable. The website shows [I guess the original Sherill] a Sherrill headstone of 1697! btw, can anyone figure out on the third picture, what the writing, below the date says, or means? I think the last line is sayin "Also --------- son".

I've been past that cemetary many times, but haven't stopped to look. I'm pretty sure the headstone says "Also Infant Son", which I've seen on headstones before. Maybe died during childbirth, I can't make out the age.

Edit: Looks like I picked out the words correctly, but was wrong about the rest of it. Two children apparently.

I used to have an old hyster just like that one. That thing could pick up a house, but couldn't pull itself worth a damn. It had the slippiest transmission of any forklift we've had ha

Did you sell it to @tknopp?!?! That sounds exactly like his! When we unloaded the mill off my trailer, it had no issue picking it up, but even with @Drunktaco and I pushing with all our might and @tknopp with the forklift at full throttle, it couldn't make it back up the bump into his shop. The front wheels just needed to make it up a little transition, but it wont happnin!

It’ll lift a house but not trying to toot my, or our @jeepinmatt horn, but we put forth some effort to get that stuff inside lol

That describes mine too. I was just attributing mine to old age. It was built in 1981 so it is just tired.

Weird, I've got that same lift, just got to give it enough gas. Got a race car torque converter.

I'm afraid mine caught a ride to the old scrapyard in the sky last year. Twas a sad day to see it go. Ol transmission got so slippy she wouldn't move anymore and it wasn't worth the repair bill a while back. Good times on that forklift though. Got it stuck in a lot of places, and took it even ore places that it shouldn't have been. Got a patched up wall in a warehouse that I ran the forks into balls deep once when the brakes failed on that lift.

Ordered a new air filter for the Cummings. Looks like they sent one for a Cummins.
