Mechanical press.
last press I saw that large was a forging press, and they were doing similar repairs to it, MUCH dirtier environment though. not enough oil and graphite and you actually have lighting....

Looks like something I'd see at the house of @jeepinmatt Sweet little argo!

Or just go full baller and get one of these bad boys. Tank place in rocky mount had it. Picked up my 80,000lb gas tank without breaking a sweat. They said it was the biggest model forklift that CAT ever made. They said the last time they got it stuck, it took 3 of Coastals big wreckers to get it out.

That would the bottom half of a hydaulic steel press weighed something like 87k pounds. We use it to produce steel door skins. But we broke 4 1.5” lifting eye-hooks, dropped the press which requires a lot of paperwork for the rigger. Also put to holes in the concrete ramp. And messed up the threads on the alignment rods, which will Probably make it pain to align when it goes to re-install it. The little 60/80 could only do 50-50k lbs at the boom add a 30 degree incline. A hour job took 8 hours.

Spotted this today at the Lowes in Wake Forest.

We found our vibration and noise. The race was spun badly. The lips pushed up on the bore wouldn't let it drive out but it rattled like a ball in a paint can.....estimated .030 of an approximate 11 inch bore.
Next challenge was finding a shop. I found one in Marion.
