Random pic thread.

Mine broke about 30 mins after we got our tent set up at the campground behind dairy hut.I was about out of the lower rock garden when it broke.Winched me over to a shady spot and off to town we go.While we were gone Tonya got stung twice and Jake once by yellow jackets. Finally got back to the campground and Tonya about broke her ankle when she stepped out on a rock that rolled w her.She got a month of physical therapy outta that one.Second day broke 3 of the four bolts holding the steering box on.No trailer or tow rig-we had drove it to Harlan.Really had 2nd thoughts after that trip.
I once binded a steering box on with a 1 ton come-a-long. Drove great on the way home!

View attachment 352102Went cruising with my dad today in his all original 76. It’s got like 40k original miles. It’s tighter than newer cars. Four speed with working AC. I’m trying to soak up every chance I get with him. His health is declining (heart issues) and ain’t none of us getting any younger.
That awesome...always had a soft spot for a C3! I've been trying to convince my dad for years that we need to restore his '70. I think it'd be cool to road trip it to Bowling Green to get a picture at the Corvette Museum.

If there was ever an old car I’d road trip, it’d be that vette. It rides surprisingly well, cold AC, shifts tight, fires up just bumping the key. It’s dialed in for sure. Don’t waste time with your pops. Y’all dive in and make it happen.

Fluted Dalton-Hardaway point. ~7,000 years old made from coastal plains chert. My treasure from over the weekend.

Got the frame repair completed on the TJ and I've been driving it around. Really enjoying it so far. That frame repair was a major pita though.

I was able to use two of the four mounting ears left on the box and did the same.It was full four point harness's on the way home,no just using the lap belt.

Could be an Apple thing. It’s a slow mo video created on my iPhone.

Imma turn it into a GIF later anyway

If I turn my audio up I can hear something, but no picture. Samsung phone and Dell computer, same issue. May be an iPhone thing.
