Anywhere there is the slightest lip/ledge, they will try to roost. Ive even had them fly up and roost on top of the walls, between the rafters. My coop is only 4ft tall inside vs how tall yours is.

We put down some linoleum flooring we had. That's been great.

Started demo today on a new remodel of an education space.

What you are looking at here is a relic of the 70s and 80s.
It’s a 2x4 light fixture…but the housing doubles as the supply and return HVAC registers.

They all still work some 40+ years later. The new modern LED layins that will replace them will save some electricity but have no shot of lasting as long.

But I ain't never seen a 2 story but even the bathroom is superior. Wall hung flush valves 😳

I'd never get any work done. The damn crew would be hanging out in the penthouse. hell I disabled the air and heat in my combo storage office connex to get the damn super out on the pad and running pipe.

Nah. This is the one in Manassas that Holder is building where they had to build around the main water line that runs right under the building. I’m not sure if Lyndon is on that one or not. I’m sure you’d know. It’s an odd ball.
