Jump in the shower and turn the hot water up to about scalding, as hot as you can stand it. Let the hot water pound on the bites a few minutes, then pat the bite areas dry. The hot water feels great, better than scratchin and sooth's/numbs the itch for a few hours. When they itch again shower again w the hot water. It might take a day but after 3 or 4 hot washes they really don't itch much more.

I think that's a food truck for truckers. Truckers love the smell of diesel and a few shoulders stuffed in the barrel and blasted/smoked w the exhaust would make some damn fine trucker jerky.
