Random pic thread.

I still snatched lips like a boss. I believe my ninjy boots are wearing thin. I talked to my buddy last night and told him about my spill. Looks like it's time to pony up and upgrade to something with better grip.

That could have multiple meanings haha

Our main gig is Italian, but we've been diversified lately. For instance today I chopped the top off a 67 4 door t bird. Needed the roof for another restoration project.
BTW. Anyone interested in a unique shop truck rat rod. 428 ford. We will get ride of this as soon we get the dash out.

They hyped Lidl up as high quality and super cheap, prices are about the same and Walmart and foodlion matched them on the the stuff they thought they would wow people with. The one in Sanford has a bad location, when you leave I hope you need to go right, it's the only option and the place only has one entrance/exit. Now the Aldi they are building will not have to be super impressive to get me there, since it's right next to my house I can walk!

LIDL has posted no guns. if you get by there, tell the manager NO GUNS = NO CASH.

Since I know you're trying to improve your diet, I have to add the following. Don't take it the wrong way buddy.
Do you always eat candy bars first first thing in the am? Look at the sugars in that Cliff bar. Might as well have a Snickers.
Instead have some good slow digesting protein like a couple of eggs or plain Jane unflavored Greek yogurt. The protein will keep you fuller longer and won't have the adverse effects the sugars will.
If memory serves, Cliff bars have about 16 grams of sugar. Your daily allowance should be close to 25, 30 max. So you're over 50% your allowance first thing with little nutritional gain.

Don't laugh, I ran a 10 mile 12K last year. No wonder I came in last...

Used to work with a guy that did 'ultra marathons'...50-100 miles through all kinds of terrain...the kind where he said you start hallucinating about 12 hours in. Told me he ran 20 miles out of the way one time, because he caught up to a cute girl that he decided to follow. Turns out she was a hallucination too.

Eat like a queen for breakfast. Like a king for lunch. And a pauper for dinner.

The American diet is screwed up on so many levels. The idea is to starve yourself all day telling your body it should be in emergency fat storing mode, only to eat a big dinner when you no longer need the fuel as your are now resting.

Your body lives on sugar (the healthy kind) for energy and protein to make aminos, the building blocks of life. It's as simple as that.

The organic industry is a lie. Whole Foods whole paycheck. Steer clear of all the BS. Just eliminate those deadly white powders from your diet (salt and sugar), supplement your carbon and calcium intake and just live your life drinking half your body weight in oz of water (when you dont sweat)

Eat the amount of food related your height. Not weight. It's better to eat 6 small meals a day than it is to eat one or two big meals. Just make simple food choices and then do squats 3 times a week 5x5, add 5 lbs each time you go. Start with a empty bar no matter how strong you are now.

Making these simple choices I dropped 2 pant sizes in 8 weeks

And steer wayyyy clear of anything that is "diet" or "sugar free". Google the issues related to aspartame.
