Hey Mike, some of us still have to work this week. You are going to cause me to call in dead and head for the coast if you don't watch it.
Is that you before the operation and the cat?

Squatting? I mean the jacks are DOWN on the trailer, and mirrors out is the natural position for a squatted Cummins with no trailer behind itWouldn't have needed paint if it wasn't for all those miles I've put on it doing this

I've done the math on this before, and it's actually a very poor value. They're charging something in the $1500 range for the barrel versus buying equivalent volume half gallons. So, at Costco, you can buy the whole barrel. Perfect for that 4th party!
I feel like the cost to buy one straight from the distillery was much less, but you also have to wait a few years on it.I've done the math on this before, and it's actually a very poor value. They're charging something in the $1500 range for the barrel versus buying equivalent volume half gallons.

At least in SC and GA the largest bottlers sold of JD are 1.75 L.
They sell at frugal for $45.
40 cases * 6 bottles per case
240 *45 =10,800
Part of the problem is conversion , JD doesn't sell ( at least not that I've found) half gallons.. only 1.75 liters.
But they claim their whiskey barrels are 53 gallons. Which doesn't match Costco claim of 40 cases.
I'm confused.
40 cases of 6 1.75l bottles would be 420 L which would be ~111gallons.
I'm still confused and now thirsty.
