Cheaper and easier to use same floor plan for all units. Don't add a window on an end unit if it's not there on the other units. Don't have to worry about location, flow, etc....or make a window fit where it doesn't work. Just throw something on the outside to fill in the blank wall and give some interest. Even if it's fugly.
Guess he was the runt. Wasn't big enough to make more carpet?

Least it's not the Cookie-cutter apt/condos, filling up Charlotte! Even some of the Sub-divisions I go through, they only way to know Your Crib, is but the Unit #!

Oh yeah, like those ads. I'd definitely want the crew cab, just for uniqueness sake, but wouldn't mind a regular for tooling around town.
