I got to play a game like that when I was a kid, but it didn't have any money involved, and it was in a corner...and I got to think about how bad my dad was going to whoop my ass when he got home.

Usually a sharp pick will screw them out. Or I pound the center pin through, sacrificing the bolt, and then grab a new one.

Just a reminder, when tightening a positive battery cable, you can't let the wrench touch the chassis
This is true, but I was replacing my positive lug, and I got complacentJust a reminder, you're supposed to connect the ground cable last. Then your mistake can't happen.
