Got outside and rode dirt. Great way to clear my head. Brought the little "fiddy" and tried to get my friends to ride it but after them going around for just a few on it, they wouldn't really ride it. It is kind a terrifying to use on the dirt with its street tires.

I stood there looking at it for a bit, and my best guess is a branch from the tree by the rock, was pushed down to the ground. It then rooted in and grew straight up.

Yamaha calls it a primary and secondary sheave. But it is pretty similar to the variator system on my old John Deere.
