So I just had an epiphany. If I leave the hitch connected to the dump, I can raise the dump bed, use the backup camera to line up, go under the trailer, then lower the dump bed. Never even have to touch the trailer jack But stability and anti-sway will trump convenience in this case.

4 link and bags in the rear will likely accomplish the same thing.

Has airbags in the back already and has handily towed quite a bit more. And ill even throw in a nice WeighSafe hitch that shows tongue weight if @CasterTroy ever finishes playing with it.

What kind of fittings are those? They look like plastic shark bites?

Look like Uponor ProPEX expansion fittings. They use an outer plastic expansion ring for extra joint clamp load that gets expanded along with the PEX tubing to fit over the fitting.. It's a wonderfully simple system.

No need to be straight, level, or drill proper holes. Sheetrock will cover it!
